-aurora borealis lights

Kia Ora bloggers, how is everyone today, last day of the term today! Every Friday we are learning about Matariki, the seven sisters, this time we are learning about aurora borealis lights which are caused by electrically charged particles from space entering the Earth's upper atmosphere at a very high speed, which then creates a really pretty colourful light up in the sky, the teachers are making us create an art piece about them, first ripped a piece of paper to be our mountain, he stuck the piece of paper at the bottom of a piece of black paper, which we then flicked white paint onto the paper to create stars, this is how mine came out, hope you like it!

  1. Hi Lizzy. This is some very detailed writing. I like all of the describing words you have used. The art piece you made sound exciting to make. Next time you could use better punctuation like more full stops instead of commas.
